This week we have had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful cottage in Winterbourne Monkton for a variety of cleaning jobs. This beautiful location and sunny weather not only makes any job a lot more pleasurable but also accelerates drying time.
Our technician got to work cleaning the carpets, using our eco-friendly, deep cleaning techniques. In the picture on the left, you can see the rinse extraction process bringing this carpet back to life. This is the final step in the deep cleaning process after pre-testing, vacuuming, spot and stain treatment, an eco-sanitising pre spray and rotary agitation. All of these steps combined are what help us to achieve our exceptional results.
Below you can see the small water claw being used to give the upholstery the same deep clean.
The rugs were up next and what a beautiful view our technician had to enjoy whilst using the rotary agitator on this rug to remove all the dirt trapped in the rug fibres.
Our process for rugs is similar to carpets and upholstery, however there are a few extra steps. These include vacuuming both sides, back-dusting, wool safe pre treatments and fringe cleaning. The dyes used in rugs can often be more troublesome in terms of dye migration so extra care needs to be taken by our experienced technicians to preserve the rugs vibrancy and to deliver a thorough clean.
With the weather on our side, these large rugs were able to be left out in the garden to dry out after the deep cleaning process. Usually, we would allow 2-6 hours for the rugs to be fully dry, and sometimes large rugs also require an air mover to ensure they fully dry out. Being able to be placed out in the sunshine will speed this process up considerably, and no air mover was needed.
If you want to take advantage of the beautiful weather we are having at the moment to accelerate drying time for your own carpet, rug or upholstery cleaning, please use the contact button below to book in.
