It was a busy start to the week for the team this week with a large clean of this student accommodation in Bath. This building has a vast amount of communal areas, staircases and flooring that all needed our deep eco-friendly cleaning treatment before the new group of students move in for the new term.
Students have a notorious reputation so these carpets needed our care and treatment to bring them back to their best.
We used a variety of cleaning methods for the carpets here, depending on the type of soiling and the type of carpet.
We used our standard method involving rinse extraction in some areas and in others we used a low moisture approach with enzymes to break down the dirt and soiling, whilst needing less drying time.
As you can see from the video on the right the team had their work cut out with some huge areas to clean.
The technicians worked really hard all day to make sure all the carpets were restored to their best in just one visit. We are always happy to send multiple technicians to get large scale jobs completed in as little time as possible to minimise disruption for our customers.
By the end of a very long, hard day the Green Man team had completed the deep clean of all areas and the carpets were looking clean, refreshed and hygienic ready for a new intake of students to move in.
