Green Man were found after an online search. We contacted the office and spoke to someone who reassuringly answered all our questions.
On the day Pete, Green Man’s representative and technician, arrived promptly. He carefully and professionally went about his work. Sonia and I found Pete personable, engaging with a thorough knowledge of his trade. Pete left our carpet revitalised if slightly damp. Which was later dry after only a few hours. Money well spent! Jon and the team were really helpful, from the info on the phone to coming over and cleaning my carpet. It came up really nicely. It’s hard to tell when it’s still damp, but after it dried there was a little more cleaning needed on the very surface, and Jon came back to check and then sent someone to give this a once over and now it feels really good. It hadn’t been cleaned since I bought it 5 years ago and its come back to life. November, 2020

Having tried several times to find someone who would come and clean a large rug in situ I found Green Man extremely helpful .
John answered all my questions, responded quickly with suggestions and quotes and was extremely helpful.

Their technician Peter turned up the next day to dothe work and arrived on time, was very personable and thorough and finished when he said he would. The results are excellent, the process has been conducted professionally and the cost was good value given the hassle-free experience; we wouldn’t hesitate to use Green Man again.

I am delighted results of my carpet cleaning. A very pleasant young man arrived on time and worked hard to make a good job of a fairly challenging clean. My stair and landing carpets are 13years old and haven’t been cleaned for 8 years and as I have dogs they get quite a bit of traffic. They now look very much better than they did before.

A fantastic service from start to finish – fast, effective, friendly and good value. Jon came out to quote promptly and quickly fitted us in to clean carpets and our two sofas. The team were so careful with moving furniture and considerate of our home and managed to get rid of every stain – from baby vomit to ingrained building work debris. Can’t recommend enough!

I obtained 4 quotes in Bristol and Green Man was the most competitive with regards to cost and service. I asked Jon and his team to carry out the work for us. When I returned to the office I was amazed at how clean the chairs were, I even thought he had bought all new chairs for our office as they were that clean and fresh! Gareth worked so hard to rectify the problem. He was very polite and did a wonderful job. Jon and his team were both professional and friendly. Green Man did a fantastic job cleaning 4 rugs, removing all visible stains and the finish looking like new. I was so impressed that a few weeks later I decided to use Green Man again to clean my stairs carpet, again really happy with the results. As it was a particularily dirty, soiled and smelly carpet, Jon attended in person rather than sending round one of his colleagues. He came at short notice and cleaned and sanitised the carpet. He was courteous and honest and explained the processes he was carrying out and why. He did a thorough job, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

I had a swift response from Jon, who arrived when he said he would and gave me a very reasonable quote for cleaning my carpets.
He arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently, keeping me informed an asking relevant questions at intervals. I am delighted with the result and appreciate the use of ‘green materials – no chemical odours and the cat even stayed in while it was all going on! I can highly recommend this service.’
