We received a request for domestic carpet cleaning yesterday afternoon & they were looking for a quick turnaround. Unusually, we had availability to fit the customer in today. So, off Ben & Grace set this morning to clean the carpets in a lounge, hall & stairs in a property in Staplehill, Bristol.
The lounge was unfurnished apart from a large sofa but you could see from where other furniture had been moved that the carpets were looking a little lifeless & in need of a freshen up.
Our technicians started by giving the carpets a thorough vacuum to remove any surface debris. They then applied stain treatments to any notable stains and left this product to dwell to help lift the stains as much as possible.
Next, an eco-sanitising pre spray was used on the carpets. The pre spray not only kills bacteria that is hidden within the carpet but it also helps to break down the stains further & release soiling from the carpet fibres.

The carpets were then agitated with a rotary machine which works the cleaning solutions into the carpet. As the brushes or cleaning pads rotate, they agitate the soiling & releases it from the fibres.
The final stage of the cleaning process is the traditional rinse extract. This is the part of the process where you see the results begin to show as demonstrated in this photo
The rinse extraction machine is where all of the remaining soiling, water & clean products is pulled out of the carpets. This method of cleaning is a great deep clean that leaves your carpets looking cleaner, fresher & sanitised.
