The start of this week saw our Cheltenham based technician called out to an airbnb property after stains had been discovered on a bedroom carpet. They were looking for a carpet clean with a quick turnaround as the next set of guests were due to arrive imminently.
Our technician started with vacuuming the carpet to remove any surface debris. He then treated the various stains that were dotted around the room whilst also applying an eco-sanitising pre spray which helps kills any bacteria. These treatments where then given time to dwell to help breakdown the stains as much as possible.
Once sufficient time has passed, the next step in the cleaning process it to agitate the carpets. This is done using a rotary agitation machine which has brushes on the bottom & this applies gentle pressure to the carpets . The brushes help to breakdown any further stubborn soiling whilst also working hot water & cleaning solutions into the the carpets.
The final step is the traditional rinse extraction of the carpets. This involves flushing through the carpets whilst extracting any remaining debris, water & cleaning products. Depending on the severity of the soiling, this time step is sometimes repeated.
Our technician, Pete was able to make a great improvement on the stains & get the carpet looking clean & fresh ready for the next arrivals.
