We are always pleased to hear from local businesses & educational settings looking to have commercial cleaning carried out & this was certainly the case when we were contacted by Sherborne Girls School who were enquiring about carpet & hard floor cleaning. With an enquiry such as this, we recommend arranging an initial survey so that we can determine the condition & specific requirements of the flooring. This enables up to put a comprehensive cleaning plan in place & supply you with a quotation.

Following on from our initial survey, we then scheduled the cleaning for various points throughout the year when the school would be unoccupied.

We sent a teams of 2 technicians to the school on various days spanning a few months to carry out a large amount of carpet cleaning as well as some hard floor cleaning.

All of the carpets we cleaned were deep cleaned using our traditional rinse extraction cleaning method. This starts with a thorough vacuum to remove as much as the surface debris as possible. Then we treat any stains as necessary before applying an eco-sanitising pre-spray which is given time to dwell to ensure it breaks down as much soiling/staining as possible.

The next step is to use the rotary machine to work in the hot water & cleaning products to really give the carpets an in-depth clean.

Then it was time for the rinse extraction of the carpets. This is where all the remaining soiling, water & cleaning products are removed. This leaves the carpets cleaner, sanitised & looking much fresher.

As well as the carpet cleaning, we also cleaned, polished & buffed some hard flooring in the school studio, however we were so busy that we forgot to take any photos, so you will just have to take our word for it! Needless to say, the school administration team were very happy with the work we carried out & we look forward to going back in the future for a refresh.
