It’s important to state that some wood floors will need to be sanded & we will always tell you if this is the case.

The key to a successful renewal of your wooden floor is to understand what finish was previously applied to your floor. This could be a lacquer (also called varnish), oil or a wax. If you installed the floor yourself or have previously had the wood sanded back, you should have been informed what product was applied by the contractor.
If it is not possible to find out which product was last applied, then we will need to organise a test application of a suitable product, following an in-person survey.
